Workshop Policies

We’re sorry, but we do not offer refunds for classes or workshops. If you need to cancel, we can offer a credit for another class or studio time at least one week prior to the workshop/class date. We do allow transfer of tickets. If you can’t make it at the last minute,  please contact us at info@craftnationphilly.com and we’ll note the transfer.
